Refund policy

Custom Production Policy Every item at OWL-TERNATIVE is a custom-build, produced on-demand only after an order entry is logged. Because these assets are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse," incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please consult the sizing charts provided in the technical specs of each listing before finalizing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items The only exception to our "No Return" protocol is for items that arrive physically compromised. Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong entry, contact us immediately at nest@owl-ternative.com.

To process a replacement or refund for a defect:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or printing error.

  3. Once the data is verified, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges Due to our on-demand production system, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, a new order must be placed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing If a refund for a defective item is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact the Archive at nest@owl-ternative.com.
